John Archibald, Director of Operations 
John’s responsibility for Operations includes Sales, Marketing, PR, Product Development and Legal. John will draw upon his considerable experience of the development and delivery of packaged and bespoke technology solutions to Commercial and Public-Sector organisations in the U.K., Europe and USA. He has spent many years in the industry and has a passion for delivering customer service of the highest level. An evangelist for improving quality and efficiency of business operations, John has lead organisational transformation programmes in a number of complex organisations. Outside of work, John has a passion for sailing and travelling.
Tara Diserens née Merison, Marketing Manager
Tara joined Sigmer in 2004 to head the company’s Marketing and PR strategies. She has over thirteen years’ marketing experience, the majority of which was spent in the computer software industry. Tara is experienced with working both nationally and internationally, having launched software products in Turkey, Israel, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland. Outside of work, her interests include hiking, mountain biking, gardening and ornithology.
Vicky Pester, Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Vicky joined Sigmer in 2008 as our Marketing Coordinator to provide support in the Sales and Marketing areas. Having recently graduated with a Business and Drama degree from UWE in Bristol, she brings with her a fresh and creative outlook to the business as well as eagerness to put into practice the disciplines she's learnt in her degree. She has gained experience at Cancer Research UK and the NHS as well as the market research industry. Outside of work, her main interest is travelling and has explored an eclectic mix of cultures across the globe including Central and South America, Australasia and Asia.
Clair Witcher, Office Manager
Clair is our Office Manager and brings with her over 17 years of office administration experience, from companies such as Halfords, Cannons Health & Fitness, Butlins and also local government. Clair is responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly, and in addition she provides support to the Executive Directors as well as being involved in Sales and Marketing activities. Outside of work, her main interest is in live music, but she can also be found training for her blue belt in kickboxing. Furthermore, Clair is the vocalist for the notorious, Brighton-based, funk band Ed Meme & The Forms.
